My experience with Tim and his crew at Platinum was a great experience from start to finish. Not only was the quote given very competitive with other local builders, it was in-person and comprehensive. Tim is always easy to communicate with, and present for all aspects of the job. All of the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I am looking forward to working with Platinum in the future for my other needs, and whole heartedly recommend them for those looking for a reliable and professional contractor.

We hired Platinum to build a garage after reading on-line reviews and looking at the Revdex.com site. Although the project had one or two hiccups, Tim always did what we asked of him and the end product is great, and at a great price. I don't think you could find another company that will build a garage as quickly and economically as Platinum. We recommend them.

I just had a awesome garage built by Platinum Construction when I tell you the professionalism of the whole just put me at ease from my first meeting when everything explained in detail, taking the time to making sure that that I was picking the garage that was perfect for my home down to the color and trim. The crew came out an tore the garage down removed it and layer the concrete the first day, the second day they came thru the built the garage and had the electrician come out and connect the lines awesome job guys. I’m so pleased I highly highly recommend Platinum Construction ????

I hired Platinum Construction to tear down a garage and replace a concrete driveway and walkway. Their price was fair and much more timely then the other estimates I received. The work was completed much sooner than expected which was a relief. Tim gave great suggestions on other work I was considering. I would recommend them for any tear down and/or concrete work.

Best garage builder in CLE!!! Not only by price but by communication and workmanship. My call was answered right away and estimated the same day VS other garage companies returned my call a week later and some I have not heard from. Received detailed estimate and work start and finish timeline and it was met. Friendly staff and left site clean. I wish there were more responsible and professional companies like Platinum Construction.

Platinum replaced our asphalt drive with concrete, installed a drain in the driveway, lifted our garage and replaced the garage floor, and installed a concrete walkway and patio. They started on time, finished on time, did top notch work, cleaned up the site when done, and were pleasant to have around. Each day the job was well staffed by experienced and skilled crew members. The manager, Tim, responded promptly with our request for an estimate and timed the job to fit around our schedule. The cost was at or below other estimates. We can recommend Platinum without hesitation.

Platinum Construction did an amazing job! They replaced a 1700 sf driveway in a timely manner. Their workers were all competent and profession giving us the quality work we looked for. I met Tim from Platinum construction for the first time in 2017. After our brief walk-through of the project, I knew he was the best person for the job. He got hired and he is in the process of Major remodeling of a single family home in Cleveland heights. Tim has been very professional to work with. He returns my calls and emails promptly. In addition, he is very knowledgeable about the home remodeling process and the Cleveland market.
