Platinum Express Limousine Service

Review: I was over charged $139.00. I never authorized the 15% gratuity or the extra tip of $50 and do not feel it was deserved due the following reasons:

- bus was dirty with alcohol on the left over from the prior customer

- bus was late and driver was unable to locate the pre-arrange pickup locationDesired Settlement: Requesting a credit of $139.00

Review: Extremely poor service, communication and lack of contracted amenities provided on bus. First party bus arrived with radio, strobe lights, and air conditioner not working. Half an hour into the drive, bus broke down in a McDonald's parking lot leaving us stranded, standing on the street for 3 hours until replacement bus #2 comes. Because of the 3 hours bus break down, we missed the entire Del Mar race track event for my birthday - which I paid reserved group seating for and unable to get a refund from the race track.

Contract drop off time was 7PM back in OC for dinner reservations and after event reservations, which we missed because bus did not drop us off until 10PM. My entire birthday was ruined as we were all stuck on the bus the entire day, making us miss all events planned and lost money for all prepaid tickets.

When driver dropped us back at pick up location, she threw and kicked our belongings along with trash from the bus onto the parking lot ground. We had to hover on the ground to pick up the trash and belongings to avoid littering tickets.Desired Settlement: I would like to request a FULL refund of $825 paid from the Platinum Express Limo - also operates under Hot Red Party Bus.
