Review: I dropped off my clothes, and was given a ticket indicating the number of pieces, but without itemized pricing. When I picked up my clothes, I was charged $96 for 5 pieces, and 3 day service. I was not offered an itemized receipt when I paid. I was given one upon request. My expectation when I dropped the clothes off was that the charges for the services rendered would fall within reason. My complaint is that the business is price gouging and is not transparent about pricing and services to their customers. I'd also like a commitment from them to better disclose their charges to their customers prior to performing the service, so that the customers can make an informed decision before they are ripped off.
