Our office immediately contacted this customer upon receiving notification of this complaint The customer had sent e-mail correspondence directly to a staff member whom unintentionally failed to follow through with correcting this job The Office Manager of A-Lawn & Landscaping acquired the details concerning this job and ensured it was scheduled to be corrected by the end of the week The customer was informed of the day in which to expect the crew and an e-mail was sent the next Monday to alert and confirm all was complete It is not in our practice to omit parts/steps in a job; however, mistakes do occur and we guarantee our workmanship to be of professional quality
