Platinum Cars

Gurpreet, I got a *** from Platinum cars and they made the process pretty easy. I don't have the best credit but Shaun worked hard and got me approved at a pretty decent rate. I couldn't be happier.

I was recommended This dealership by a friend , I originally wanted to get a *** but was convinced to get a *** I was a little bit sceptical but I was told that the car is very reliable and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car I asked at least five times are you sure there is nothing wrong with the car as I *** have no time to run around back-and-forth to fix the car I need something safe and reliable I was told yes don't worry about anything there's absolutely nothing wrong with the car....They promised to give me a warning to you for a year from the dealership after I signed all the paperwork I was told oh by the way I cannot give you warranty anymore you have to buy it which will cost you $3500....***! Once I drove the car out of the dealership I noticed of the car needs a alignment as a steering wheel look like I was always making a very sharp left turn brakes were squeaking very loud to a point that it's embarrassing and I was told that apparently they put on your breaks red warning sign came up on my car less than a week later I was told that the tires sensors are not responding when I asked them to fix the sensors I was told it's not a safety issue so they will not be fixing it ...... tire Sensors not a safety issue???? What if I'm driving on the highway and my tire goes flat and I don't have the sensor to tell me that then watch not a safety issue right everyone ?????? 2 weeks after that my car won't start AT ALLLLLLLLLLLL I called the dealership and asked to speak to Shawn Explain to the receptionist the situation once she told him he refused to even speak to me said to take my message down and he will call me back did he ever call me back?? NOOO Once I finally got a hold of him by calling the dealership with a fake name he was completely *** and *** started yelling at me *** TOLD ME THAT ITS NOT HIS *** problem and if I want them to service my car then I have to figure out a way to get car to there dealership annnnddd pay for the service *** .... very nice Customer service so *** told me there was nothing wrong with the car and once I bought it .. it's not there problem anymore ???? Also after a car Is purchased you have 36 days to return or exchange the car I haven't reached my 36 days yet so I told him that I would like to give this car back and exchange it for something else as it's causing me so many problems and he laughed at me and told me absolutely not and now iam stuck with a $5000 bill fixing this car when I just got it a month ago ..... *** I will be taking this matter to a very serious level I will be contacting The Ministry of transportation, I will be taking this matter to court and will be contacting omvic to notify that they are selling cars that wouldn't even pass safety test
