Platinum Car Wash has submitted a full amount check to the customer. To help explain the situation, the customer is correct in
wanting his vehicle repaired. We had asked the customer to get a bid from a local repair shop which he did. We also got a bid from another repair shop which was substantially less than the bid the customer received. The customer would not allow the lesser bid to be done. The lesser bid is a very reputable paint shop. In order to get the matter resolved as it is not worth our firm receiving a negative reviewWhich has a very clean record for over years. We are sending the customer the full amount of the 1st bid, which he has stated will resolve the issue. This was an unfortunate event, the customer was not at fault, as the vehicle in front of him had been modified and would not flow thru the tunnel. Gary H***
