I am rejecting this response because:You have not acknowledged the scratches on the vehicle.  The scratches were not present prior to the car wash. On the sign, you should put that a customer should be taking pictures prior to entering the car wash and after the pulling out of the car wash to ensure they don't get stuck paying for damages caused by the equipment.
