I just used for the first and second time Edgar *** who owns Platinum AC. I cannot say enough good things about his service and about him. He is prompt, efficient, does not want to fix or replace what isn?t broken and is the most wonderful man. He handles small jobs himself but can handle larger ones with his staff. Edgar is thoughtful, thorough, articulate, careful in the home and VERY careful to wear his mask properly.
