AC went out just before July 4th holiday Was recommended by friend to call *** He was at the house by 11am July Several parts had to be ordered He wanted original factory parts not OEM parts He overnighted parts and was back at the house within hour of parts arriving at his shop Replaced parts and had unit operating very quickly He then checked filters and coolant levels It took several hours for the house to cool down but now everything is back to normal *** was professional and even worked with our home warranty company to keep our out of pocket expenses to a minimum We can't thank *** enough for his quick response and excellent customer service attitude We will look to *** when we need future repairs as well as a whole new system
