We at [redacted] diligently went through all transactions and sent all appropriate requested paperwork to the customers credit card company as requested. We are more then confident that the customer did not only order $25 worth of drinks as stated in the complaint. After tracking all transactions...

with the stated server we would not be willing to refund a customer for services that were obviously rendered. We are sorry that this particular customer had regrets about how much that they chose spend after the matter of the fact but again we do not feel that justifies a refund of service. -- [redacted]
