 The business did not address my concern and did not make it clear whether they were processing the refund or not instead merely stated that they "received the complaint".  They need to review their records as well as the phone conversation made on the date of the delivery.  They are incorrect in that I changed my address several days after the delivery.  If you listen to the recording it is clear that I stated that my address had been previously changed but their system did not correctly maintain this new address and instead reverted back to my old address.  Their customer service agent then told me to change my address again which I did on the website after the call was over.  Their records should clearly show this.  It is becoming very clear that they are treating me like I am trying to pull something off and my complaint is not being treated as being honest.  As a long time customer this is extremely disappointing.  Even more so given the fact that they give away many free boxes to get new customers but are not willing to refund me in order to keep me as a customer because their system created a problem.

Team, We are in receipt of the BetterBusinessBureau claim ID #[redacted] regarding ** [redacted] concern with redeeming a gift card. Plated is a subscription based business and requires a credit card on file to setup an account. Unfortunately we would not be able to redeem this...

 I have responded to the business, multiple times, and have had hit or miss responses back. At one point, after going back and forth for at least a week, I attached a screenshot of the website error I was receiving and said that if they can't figure out what was wrong, that I'd like a refund. I responded 2 times without receiving any communication back from Plated about getting a refund. It's awfully convenient for them to respond now that I have exceeded the 90 day transaction rule they have. I have copies of all emails sent and received back from the business if proof is needed.
