Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Jackie may have been on vacation, but had ample time prior to her departure to take care of...

her fiduciary responsibility to disperse July rent to our account.  It was not dispersed until July 30 and posted to our account on July 31.  The convenient timing of her absence is a poor excuse, but par for the course.A copy of the original lease dated 6/10/14-5/31/15, a copy of the lease extension dated 7/1/15-5/31/16, a copy of the original move-in condition report dated 6/27/14, a check for the tenant's deposit and a check for the tenant's pre-paid last month's rent was mailed to us via certified mail on 7/30/15 and received on 7/31/15.Jackie did not, however, include a copy of the condition report that was reported by Dawn in a 6/2/15 email to have, "...been done by Jackie. She will be emailing you her findings and concerns."  This matter will not be closed until we receive a copy of that condition report and the above-referenced checks have cleared our account.Sincerely,[redacted]
