Very unprofessionalBefore leaving to donate, I called ahead to make sure they were open/accepting new donors/etcThe phone rang over times before I hung upI decided to go regardlessI drove half an hour and got there hours before closingI still got turned away at the door because they had "too many new clients." When I explained my situation and how I tried to call, the only thing the woman at the checounter said was, "Oh, I guess there just wasn't anyone at the phoneTry again earlier tomorrow."
I'm very disappointed in how this was handled and hope they find some way to alleviate this problemEither get a receptionist that actually answers phones or find a way to handle an influx of potential donors
