lost items due to their two month long glitch and bugs they had
I have purchased deals on stormfall consistently. in some of the deals I got spies. Even some spies That are extremely hard to get. I never use spies for anything besides protecting my castle so over time I saved them up. because of their two month glitch I lost half my spies into a single battleground. I tried to get a hold of support and all I got were automated messages that went no where and closing my tickets. Then the same thing happened again but instead of loosing spies to a battleground I lost them in a single pvp battle. I tried to get a hold of support and again it went no where. In one of their emails they admitted it was their fault and when I confronted them on it they never got back to me. getting a hold of support is a joke.

I'm a level 99 on the game and have played the game for a few years now. I have never used my spies for anything else besides protecting my castle. now I have no spies which is several hundred dollars worth of deals lost because of their glitched game. I have a s10/ the latest smart phone and extremely good internet service so I know it wasn't on my end.

Desired Outcome

I want all of my spies back. that's it, nothing more

I am filing a complaint on Plarium for their deceitful practices. They have child gambling with ***"***" promise updates and never see+more
this company is very very tricky...I myself have been tricked by them. I had my*** bill linked to my google play purchases so I went and applied for plarium's game membership for the game"raid shadow legends" and later decided to cancel the membership. anyways later that month I recieved a charge that google did not pick up or*** until I had advised them to take a look because I suddenly could not purchase anything "$80 limit reached" first week of the month ***...*** noticed that the company plarium raid shadow legends billed me for around 79 dollars in tax. we had this refunded and reported them in hopes for an investigation..anyways their poor practices continue with them *** characters after people have spend hundreds of dollars on leveling this character and keep in mind the game is constricted by energy so you cant do anything without it and you only get around 120 energy every 12 hours and last you about 8 matches and that gets you maybe 100k xp or so when leveling a*** from 1-30 then 1-40 and 1-50 and one last time to 1-60 with all 6 stars accended it basically takes you hundreds of dollars and still many many many days...yet they are going to *** her because she is quote "Unfortunately, we noticed a number of issues with her performance recently. *** was always meant to be a powerful ***, however, when it comes to ***, she is outperforming too many *** and ***s that should be performing the same role as her" by the way...most people can spend thousands of dollars on this game and still not receive a ***...the chances with their ***"***" are so extremely low...I also believe they are fixed...they too often give you the same champ...there are many *** videos and *** post with this as proof..this company is out to steal peoples money with the least amount of customer appreciation or interest...they promised updates the the gameplay around a year ago, like faction wars..also this weird locked tower that has been there sense they released the game...they promised these updates would arrive soon month and months ago and still never see or hear about them...only updates we see is to encourage more purchases like new *** and epic champs as well as *** exsisting rare champs to make you want to pay more money for a chance of a better champ...then everytime you run out of energy they shove an in game ad in your face saying buy energy for real money now!!!! 20 bucks!!!! or if you get a new champ with a shard they shove an ad in your face again saying buy theses potions to accend your*** quickly!!! 50 bucks!!!!!! you log in and they throw shard packs at you for 5-100 dollars depending on how much you spend not as a flat offer...this company is deceptive...it has no age restriction as well and is very suceptable to children because of the constant ads and gambling aspects on ***..so here are the rates of*s common being the worst type then uncommon, rare, epic, and ***
ancient *** 91.5% chance for rare champ/ 8.0% chance for epic/ 0.5% chance for ***
void ***- 93.6% chance for rare/ 6.0% for epic/ 0.4% for ***.
sacred ***(insainly rare to come by only obtained by purchases same with void ***) 94.0% for epic champ/ 6.0% for *** champ.

I have bought over 7 sacred *** and earned around 6 within 2 different account as well as around 15 void *** and over 100 ancient shard. I have only recieved one *** champ per account and that was from a free shard obtained by played the game for around 2 weeks or so. most people only have 1 *** id say about 95% or more players only have one. I think this is because they control the market and fix the numbers...the rates themselves are poor but even with poor numbers people seems to not get lucky at all.

Desired Outcome

i wish for this business to be audited and be check for all their deceitful practices in hopes they become a better company who caters to their customers instead of stealing from them. i even would go as far as to say we all get massive compensation for their deceitful practices and thieving from their most loyal of customers like myself however im severely fed up and want justice in what ever form it may take.

Re: Complaint of *** number *** ("the Complaint")

We write with reference to Complaint of *** (the "User") filed with the Revdex.com on July 12, 2019 (the "Complaint") and sent to Plarium Michigan Studio in Portage, Michigan ("Plarium Michigan") on July 15, 2019.
We acknowledge the receipt of the Complaint filed by the User and we are hereby providing our answer and position on the issue.

As a preliminary comment, we would like to point out that Plarium Michigan does not operate the game *** ("***"), which is subject to the Complaint, and therefore is not the correct address for servicing complaints relating to games owned by *** ("Plarium"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will provide Plarium's answer in this letter below.

The User claims in his Complaint that Plarium is engaging in deceitful practices, by referring to a certain charge of tax that was made from the User in the game; to the limited possibility for players to receive a l*** and by insinuating that the chances of the *** "are fixed". Additionally, the User is raising allegations about lack of age restriction.
We wish to address the above-mentioned claims raised in the Complaint:

1. First, we wish to reject entirely the User's allegations that Plarium is engaging in deceitful practices.

2. The User is basing this allegation on a certain amount of USD 79 that was wrongly charged as a tax by Plarium.After a further check with Plarium's Support Team, the total amount spent by the User in *** is actually of $45.95 (which includes a $3.89 tax applied by the Play Store to purchases) and not $79 as claimed by the User. Additionally, there is no trace of any complaint from the User to Plarium's Support Team regarding a wrong tax levy that would have justify a refund from Plarium. Accordingly, this claim is irrelevant and can not substantiate a claim of deceptive practices.

3. The User further bases his Complaint of deceptive practices on the chances of the *** being low or even "fixed" and having a gambling aspect.

4. These claims should be rejected as well. All the information about the chances of summoning a certain type of *** through a *** are known to the player prior to purchasing the *** and they are certainly not "fixed".

5. For the sake of clarification, players of *** collect ***s to participate in battles. In order to get a ***, the player summons them using a ***. Each *** summons one random *** from a group of indicated rarities. *** can also be obtained by winning them in events, challenges, gameplay modes, as well as by purchasing them. All the *** collected by the player are available in the Summoning Portal Building.

6. The probabilities of the *** summoning are displayed in *** and can be easily viewed by all players by tapping the "i" ("information") button right next to the proposed *** in the Summoning Portal Building. A Table will appear and will display the following probabilities:
6.1. For a "***" Type, the chances will be: 74.2% to get a Common ***, 24.4 % for an Uncommon *** and 1.4% to get a Rare *** and no chance to get an epic of ***.
6.2. For a "Ancient ***" Type, the chances will be: No chance to get a Common or Uncommon ***, 91.5% to get a Rare ***, 8.0% to get an Epic *** and 0.5% to get a ***.
6.3. For a "Void ***" Type, the chances will be: No chance to get a Common or Uncommon ***, 93.6% to get a Rare ***, 6.0% to get an Epic *** and 0.4% to get a ***.
6.4. For a "Sacred ***" Type, the chances will be: No chance to get a Common, Uncommon or Rare ***, 94.0% to get an Epic *** and 6.0% to get a ***.

7. This table clearly displays the *** Summoning Chances. On the left-hand side, the table provides the types of *** (***, Ancient, Void and Sacred) and on the right-hand side, the table displays the rarity of the ***s (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and ***), and the odds of summoning a certain kind of rarity depending on the type of ***.

8. Once a player summons a ***, the game server will randomly generate a type of *** (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and ***), according to the probabilities displayed in the table. Once the system has generated the type of ***, all eligible ***s within that type will have the same probability of appearing.

9. It is even clear from the Complaint itself that the User was aware of the probabilities of the types of ***s that can be summoned by the ***. The User is reciting in his Complaint the exact probabilities of the ***, as displayed in the Summoning Portal Building of *** exposed under Section 6 here above. Hence, when purchasing the different shards mentioned in his Complaint, the User knew the exact probabilities that apply to such *** and made an informed decision when purchasing them.

10. In addition, it is important to point out that the *** can be summoned by the players in ***, without any need to purchase them. *** allows the player to receive ***, solely by progressing in ***. Indeed, the User is clearly referring in the Complaint to the fact that he managed to receive a *** in each of his two accounts on ***, and this solely by playing for two weeks without any purchase.

11. We also reject the claim of the User according to which Plarium delayed Game's updates that were promised for "over a year" or "month and months ago" by Plarium.

12. *** "Raid: ***" was launched only 5 months ago, in March 2019. Therefore, the claim of the User is not correct and technically impossible. However, we would like to point out that a roadmap on ***'s upcoming features will be published in the near future by Plarium.

13. Finally, we wish to address the claim of the User according to which *** does not contain any age restriction. Plarium's Terms of Use clearly indicates that individuals under the age of 13 are not allowed to create an account on Plarium's Games. In addition, Plarium's Privacy Policy specifically states that Plarium's services are not intended for children under the age of 13.

14. Considering the above, you will understand that we cannot accept the User's request to receive a compensation.

15. Nevertheless, as the experience of our players is extremely important to us, our Support Team would be happy to contact the Consumer in the following days to see if we can relieve the Consumer de-satisfaction.

16. We aim to provide the best services to our players and we hope that this letter answers the Complaint and resolve the issue encountered during the User's game experience. Our Support Team will stay available may the User have any additional queries.

This company will lie to cober any of their tracks. I will speak with *** to release their records so I may proceed with this complaint to prove the illegal tax charge that was applied to my *** account from plarium via only tax. So it did not show up on *** as a purchase because once again I didn't purchase.

Plarium is a rip off and should be shut down. You pay money to aquire equipment and items and they literally steal them from you. You are forced to spend more money or not play the game for over a week until they fix the problem. They deliberately cause problems for players in order to make them spend more money to continue playing. This company should be investigated and shut down.

I purchase a $9.99 and then I purchased a $49.99 package, and then plarium or *** charge the same card for $51, I got in touch with my bank and filed a dispute and the bank agreed with me and gave me back my $51.00. so I believe plarium did not like that so the put my items account in the negative to get more money out of me!

Made several purchases and did not receive all items described in pack. Only one pack was complete
I have had many conversations with this company given them receipts and pictures of the packs. They keep telling me I recieved everything but I clearly didn't when after looking through all my items specific ones that I really needed were not there they refused to take any responsibility and refused to refund my money or give the missing items I have given them many chances to make it right but they wont and have horrible customer service

Desired Outcome

I want all the money back I have spent or all the packs resent to my account except the gold only pack because I got that in full. The two 19.99 packs i have filed on and the one 49.99. I think at this point to reissue those packs is the least this company could do.

I still know I didn't not receive everything but I was refunded by ***. So I do not except there response but I am happy I got my money back

I was double charged for a product that I only purchased one of. I asked for a refund, and instead they just gave me the product in-game a second time
In the *** app, I purchased a bank offer of $10 for 4.6 million in-game currency. I was charged $20 for this transaction, but only received 4.6 million of in game currency. I felt I was robbed of the extra $10, and emailed Plarium support asking for a refund. I sent screenshots of my receipt and they agreed that I was indeed double charged for the bank offer. However, instead of refundinge the extra $10, they simply gave me a second copy of the offer in-game. I never wanted the second copy and certainly did not consent to them taking the extra $10 from my bank account, and not giving it back. I have been robbed by this company and I am NOT happy. I've heard many other horror stories from other players. This needs to stop. Plarium is not a game studio. They are thieves.

I would like my $20 refunded immediately. I will most likely delete the app from my phone after the refund is received.

I don't think it's right for a company to be able to collect money from consumers, even double charge them without permission, and claim that they are not responsible and have no control over the situation. If that is true, it's not right and I think it's a cop out to avoid financial responsibility for poorly written code. If it's a lie, then this business is scamming people out of their money. Either way I don't see how you can accept money from people, then not provide them with a service, and tell them that you can't refund the money. It just doesn't make sense whatsoever, and I've never heard of a company operating like this.

Unfortunatelly, there was the situation which we were talking about, where the pack wasn't credited to your account. Then on 14.02.2019 at 21:21:34, UTC+0 you made another purchase and it was successfully added to your account. So we didn't charge you twice for one package. There were 2 packs for 9,99 USD, one of which wasn't credited. As we mentioned earlier, it's the payment system that handles all transactions, moreover, according to the *** policy, all payment questions are regulated between a user and ***. Also note, that *** doesn't say that the developer can refund your money. In case of a refused refund, apple asks the user to contact the developer to solve the issue. We on our end did everything to resolve the issue. We credited that package wasn't added to your account. We're really sorry that you faced this situation and want to assure you that we want to help our users the best way we can.

Wrongful accusation of violation of Terms of Use without any evidence of violation and refused to refund
Plarium wrongfully accused me and provided no evidence of why my account was frozen for the violation for online app, ***. The account was closed since February 11, 2019.

I have sent multiple tech support ticket and all have been closed without any concrete explanations, except kept indicating that my account made illegal purchases. I have tried to explain in my support tickets and in emails that all my purchases are legit and can be verified by *** and *** support had verified each and every single one. But these have all fell on deaf ears. Plarium tech support has been non-responsive and unwilling to do more work to investigate possible false
fraud detection in the developers' programming models.

These are illegitimate business practices to wrongfully accuse honest paying customers, ban their accounts for no clear explanations and evidence of exactly how the violation occurred, and unable to get refunds for money spent. All my purchases have been done through *** and have been verified by *** directly. I did not do whatever I was accused of and,
on top of that, I have no idea what it is being referred to--let alone making what is referred to as "illegal purchases". This is not the way of how business should be conducted and treating honest paying customers as criminals.

In addition, Plarium server is supposed to be secure, but yet they are claiming fraudulent methods happened. My question is how? If the purchases I made through *** are being considered "illegal" by Plarium then I do
not know what legal purchases should be.

The last few days have caused me more headaches and stress that I have never experienced in all the gaming years I have done. For a company this size, I am in shock of how I have been treated, disrespected, and given the runarounds to get answers and find out about what happened.

I have requested for a full refund for all of my purchases. *** has already been contacted and is requesting Plarium game support to comply with full refunds, but Plarium replied with the following message: As you violated the Terms of Use, we unfortunately cannot restore your account. Therefore we cannot help you in this situation. As also noted in our previous emails and Terms of Use, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Please be more attentive in the game to prevent similar situations in future. Hope for your understanding and prudence.

As you can see, they provided no information about what and how the violation occur, but asked customer to be more "attentive" in the game.

Selling known defective services, countless hours proving errors in videos, refuses to fix issues, refuses to refund, violates rights without regard.
Plarium knows of alot of issues, yet they always seem to come at the customers expense. After months of giving up to and over 4000 USD a month in support, I file a complaint about the severe imbalance on top of all the glitches, and my vip Martin tells me "If you dont want to buy something - just dont buy, No one forces you to." Wow talk about a slap in the face. That wasnt their attitude and statements before they got close to 50000 USD over the years, they say that now they have my money. No we dont really have a choice, at least one that doesnt carry consequences and devalues everything we got. So when I got right at 35 grand just this year alone vested in troops and build, its damaging to allow key players to keep getting incentives like on demand resurrection at revival event cost, but yet deny me, then same key players get the orange champions over, and over and over, I mean 8 to my 4 with same funds spent. Lets go even deeper, not just 8, but key cards like beacon offense, plus getting an enlighten on top of that. So that means means his 35000 USD spent is now close to 70000 USD when this boils out to combat. So I eat twice as much loses, heck theres nothing wrong with watching 10000 bucks in units go poof in seconds, they wouldnt be saying this if it was their money. Then after weeks of losing my free time to videoing and catching errors, I get called a liar, a clear violation of my rights, defamation of character. Then after seeing they are in the wrong apologize, real nice of them. Nothing still fixed, game is severely imbalanced, and when I have issues that need to be addressed being told by a customer rep. how I should spend my money is just taking it to far, and is unacceptable abuse. Already had to call the Michigan Attorney Generals office to get a personal injury attorney, this company will not learn anything until they pay out of pocket. If you want a company that acts nice and talks with respect until they get a heavy investment and your trapped, then shows their true colors, give them a try. I just wished someone had warned me of this before. They justify missing items, clear movements to a designation ending up some where else as the clients fault on a server controlled game, all proven in videos.

Im offering a peaceful resolution, Im sick of losing sleep and the stress this game has caused when you lose items or I lose wrongfully due to server errors. I have tried to work with this company, and best I get is customer reps telling me what I dont need to buy is just something you nor I will tolerate. You walk into walmart and buy 10 grand for something, its defective, and they dont fix it, dont refund, and tell you, you didnt have to buy it, would you accept that? I question if you wouldn't strike that person at that point, but this company sees no wrong in that. I have no issues eating the 1000's from past years, but this year I will request all of it back. This offer for refund is good until I retain a personal injury attorney. Once I have retained such, this offer is no longer valid and will be settled in court for the refund as well as the personal injuries with violations to my civil rights. Once an attorney has been retained, I will be filing with the federal trade commission as well for legal action, and possibly banning product in US.

Find it odd I got remarks about my report in game, so someone there has been reading them. Anyway game is Stormfall Age of Wars, character is Deathlock. As for support this complaints been going on for months, nothing has been resolved, and finally your vip rep decided to smart off and tell me it was my choice to pay for this. It was my choice to pay for it, not my choice for its being defective, not working correctly, giving unfair benefits to other vips, then mysteriously other vips with less money in game with double the orange champions doubling their investments value. Ive been degraded, wrongfully accused of faking a video, later apologized for. I do not get to enjoy my investment, but spend countless hours doing videos to catch the multitude of bugs and errors. My repayment is other vips mysteriously having double the primary champions, not counting they get multiples of key players. I cant even play like this anymore, Im not sending a 20000 USD army to their 20000 usd army and I lose double because they got some pot luck over and over and over on modifiers. I send armies, they appear somewhere else, you dont have control of my assets. Took 3 months to prove that, did I get compensated for the 17k loss months ago when I complained about my army not being sent right, why no, that was only what 4000 USD cash my money at 50% off? You have no regard for our money and can care less when we eat severe cash losses over system glitches. Paid for sapphires and did revive, revived while my units got bgs to do an attack it glitched, lost a few thousand units then, vip gave me 6 different stories over the next week, again I eat the cash value of this, not you and its free pixels for you. I have begged, I have pleaded, I have lost so much sleep over the stress. How do you sleep when you got 1000 dollar bills that can just disappear, and your team gives us no protection. Im sick of live recording, eat up my ssd's. Sick of sending in video after video, and its always we never seen this before. I can care less what you seen, fact is you where caught, and compensated me nothing for all my other losses, and time to catch these mistakes. I draw the line when that vip told me it was my choice you didnt force me to buy. I did not agree to buy defective products. I beat that vip went to a car lot and spent the 35 grand I have on you in a car, and motor doesnt work. He ask the salesman to fix it, and he tells him you didnt have to buy and doesnt fix it, I want to know how he would respond to that. I bet his hands would be on that salesman to take his money back. I will make it clear right here, I did not make the purchases under any agreement they are defective, and you had the right to make me pay for your mistakes. This is first stage, I gave my time frame, I want to push this to Michigan State Attorney Generals office, and the FTC federal trade commission, I have reason and proof to substantiate multiple violations to consumer rights. All I asked was to fix this and make it right, and your team just thinks Im going to rollover for this treatment. I will defend my investments if I have to go to court. Still have loses, company has stated they do not have to correct loses due to their glitches, and its our risk. This was not responded to in the time alloted and request it be filed publicly. I am stuck with a an investment of nearly 60,000 at this point, and I cant do anything but just keep losing money to maintain a defective product.

Harassment, Bullying, Failure to fix a problem with a player doing repeated violations to terms and service
In the game Vikings:War of clans -- A player by the name of: Alright!IRA in Mellemsgard kingdom #701 has been reported DOZENS of times by multiple dozens of other players are he harrasses us, cusses at us, and destroys the game for us. I have repeatedly wrote various complaints, sent in screenshots, and begged for Plarium moderators to send him to another kingdom or boot him. I've had players quit and been told to tell them if he is ever gone so they can come back. He sabotages events so our kingdom loses just because he cant hold onto the Place of Power because NOBODY in the entire kingdom likes him. He is rude and bullies everyone. Name calls, threatens us. I even asked if they could move my clan and stronghold to another kingdom but was ignored. I love this game and have spent a good amount of money on it and this person is trying to ruin that for me and everyone else because he's having a temper tantrum. Why wont they remove him?? I've set in multiple screenshots showing his behavior and its effects. This has been going on for weeks. He needs to be removed NOW. I contacted you via email, Twitter, and Facebook. Why do you want your Vikings game associated with someone that only has a goal of cussing, bullying, and making everyone in the kingdom rage quit? Because I'm about to quit ONLY because of Alright!IRA and if he is not removed I will be asking for a refund for both my account and my husband's as we do not want to play with this guy and his constant harassment that never gets dealt with when we complain. He needs to be removed and banned, NOW.

I have already reported and sent MULTIPLE screenshots showing abuse from this player and I get nothing but automatic replies, so then I went to Twitter and asked there for help, who then referred me to private message your community on Facebook. Sent screenshots everywhere to all of those avenues. So have many others from my kingdom regarding the same player. And now since nothing has been done he has made a back up account he is playing on because I believe he knows he is close to being removed so apparently he will be able to play and harass and bully as he wishes because you will not remove him. Honestly I dont even care if you take both his accounts and send them to another kingdom. Just get him out of mine or offer me a way to move me, my stronghold, and my entire clan to a different kingdom without incurring penalties as most of us have incurred his abuse and cant stand playing near him. We LOVE this game. Please do something so we can all stay and play. I have promised my clan I would keep on this until we see results. So please remove Alright!IRA and his back up account AlrightFD to another kingdom. He's currently in Mellemsgard 701. Please find him a new home. Regards-

If you noticed a repeated violation from this player, please let us know and attach actual screenshots. If the player has another account, please let us know their nickname and the coordinates. Please take into account that it's no option to relocate a player from one kingdom to another one in case the player has violated the game rules. However we will do our best to provide and maintain the smooth game process for all players.

Spending money on game for it to malfunction redeering troops bought with real money lost because game servers booted myself and many others mid game.
Iourchased numerous times over a month. The game chased and caused me to lose all my troops that I bought. Plarium claims that it is my connection which it is not. It has happened to multiple people at the same time. I have proof of that as well. If you spend money you expect game to work properly or either revive lost troops when the error happens. I have never complained on this game but I lost 1.5 million bought troops or boosted with purchased boosts. It should be rectified by the company.

All i want is them to give me back what I lost from there error. Im not asking for my money back. Just my troops where I was booted from game and attacked while I could not shield because game froze and kicked me. It happens to everyone I spealwith.

They advertised a reward for installing their game and playing to a certain level. they never honored the incentive.
Plarium placed an offer in another game (Dragon City), through an ad provider (***) under which a user could install their game (Vikings), play to a level 10 palace, and receive 671 Gems for the game in which this was advertised. I did all of the above, and never received my gems. Upon starting the task, I saw no mention of any specific system requirements needed to complete the task. I went above and beyond in providing proof that I did in fact complete the task (providing screen shots of the game at the required level, my player ID, start date, completion date, Device Advertising ID - all they originally asked for was just screen shots), and still it was denied. In my opinion this falls under false advertising, if they are unwilling, or unable, to actually provide the reward promised, the add is false and misleading.

Any DBA worth their salt could verify my task start data and completion in 5 minutes with only the username (***). and yet, even with that and all the other proof provided, it is continually denied.

I know I did the task. It would be silly to try and fake it for something as benign as game gems one could buy for a few bucks anyway. The fact that despite my completion of the task and providing more than sufficient proof I did indeed complete the task, and yet be denied shows poor and misleading business practices.

All contact with this company has been through the third party ad provider ***, which was also useless in trying to resolve the matter.

671 Dragon City gems. or why not more, since this is now ridiculous.

In response to the response, I DID click the ad. I did everything I was supposed to, their system certainly has flaws, or they never planned to pay out to begin with. After my contacting the Revdex.com, they did finally mark me as having completed the task, but I'm confident they never would have if it were not for the assistance of Revdex.com. Thank you.

My plarium game account was given away by plarium against their policies and terms of service.
I was playing a plarium game called soldiers.I followed plarium policy by linking my game to my email,where they state it will be safe.someone got into my account and against plarium policy they allowed this person to change the email account it was linked to. I filed a support ticket with plarium support and they state since 2 people claim ownership of the account they have no way of determining who the rightful owner is. I sent email receipts, checking account statements,drivers license,birth certificate... everything they need to prove it is my account. I spent around $10000 on this game and since my account was given away through the game, against plarium policy,they are basically saying sorry for your loss.

All i want is my game account back and for plarium to follow their own policies. If they would like to refund me instead i can supply the 100s of recipts from purchases i made.

The account is still active period. Which if the account was sold for any amount of money would be a breach of plarium rules of conduct and would have been deactivated. After further investigation I have found the account has transferred to another user for monetary gain, which is a breach of plarium rules of conduct, yet it still stays active. The complete disregard for their own rules of conduct and allowing someone to change a linked account from the game and not from the linked email show the disregard for following their own security and rules of conduct they put in place. No transfer of money from the unauthorized user of my account to me has been concluded. Taking the word of the person with unauthorized access is very poor practice with no verifiable proof whatsoever.
