Plant World Nursery Inc

Review: I wanted to give a local nursery my business and also paid their full estimated price because I knew they would do the right thing regarding removing my lawn and putting drought tolerant plants and replacing my sprinklers with a drip watering system. They didn't removed the grass correctly, some of the plants were not really drought tolerant and they didn't put in a proper drip system. In fact the watering system they installed was pretty poor. Also several of the plants died. They were in the process of fixing everything and even stated that they might be a little slow but everything would be fixed to my satisfaction. Then, suddenly, they sold the business. I'm not sure what to do.Desired Settlement: Would like at least a partial refund. The money involved is $3,500. They did not do anything right. Or....The business that bought Plant World make it right, since they bought Plant World and my contract.
