This was a terrible experience where I went for a health consultation and paid the fee for that and was aggressively pushed in to an expensive contract which I at first asked to think about but then go talked into from a sense of pressure and stress signed up for, gave my payment info and realized the next day was a huge mistake - not one I can reasonably doWhen I tried to explain this I was told there was no refund option and that I was obligated for an expensive service I couldn't useI tried to request a refund reasonably and was told his admin would reach outI got a 'buy out' option for $or half the cost and thought this completely unreasonable as it's a lot of money and I've gotten only a headache for itNow they are threatening to send to a collection agency if I dispute the chargeI am very upset and feel this is wrong practice
