I spoke with [redacted] on Thursday and believe the issue has been resolved. I replied to yesterdays message. I have attached the work order for [redacted]. We have had a conversation where I hope [redacted] feels free to call me with any of her concerns. Prior to yesterday I had not spoken to the [redacted]. Upon receiving the Revdex.com notice regarding their issues, I was then aware of their problem. I did not have their records at my location and had to wait to receive them before I could move forward.
Since the original response, [redacted] and I have had the chance to speak. I have sent her a confirmation that I will handle her service request. I have attached the work order for her repair. I have also sent her a copy of this work order. We will be responsible for any charges that incur due to this repair.I hope that the [redacted] are satisfied with my response to their problems.

Review: On Oct. 11 2012 I bought furniture from the Place furniture being sold for Plan Furniture Promo. It is warranted for a year it needs replaced.
On Oct. 11, 2012 purchased furniture from the Place Furniture Galleries. In Feb. 2013 it was coming apart at the seems and developing fray marks. The couch and love seat was being sold there on behalf of Plan Furniture. The fabric has a one year guarantee on it from Beauty Rest. I called The Place and put in my complaint. I have called every week since. After getting no where, I went to the store and a repair man was sent to my house. After two weeks I was told that the furniture was not theirs but Plan Furniture Promotions. The informed me that they have sent them numerous e-mails with no results.Desired Settlement: I would like the love seat replaced or a refund on the couch and love seat. The total price fort both was $1796.44. They claim all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. The furniture came with a one year warranty on the fabric. They should honor the warranty.

We are working with the manufacturer and Ms. [redacted] on replacing the loveseat. We are unable to refund her money, but we are willing to replace the sofa.
