I ordered 5 masks from Planet Masks on July *** and emailed them the next day on July *** (26 hours later!) to cancel the order;Planet Masks refused to cancel my order, they said they only take cancellations w/in 24 hours after order is placed. They refuse to cancel my order even though the merchandise had not shipped, in fact, they shipped it 5-6 days after I requested cancellation. I called Bank of America to put a STOP payment on the order and they said to return the masks when rcvd so when I went to UPS; the guy behind the counter looked up the address on their package and told me this is not a mask place it's a tire company in Jamaica, Queens (NY). The credit card charge at the bank lists TX not NY. I Google the address and found a phone # so I called and spoke to the owner, Cyrus who said his company, GWG Wheels & Tires on *** is not a mask place, he does not sell masks, he owns a tire business! He also said OTHER people had called his business about masks! His pone # is ***. I have a record of my email conversations with Planet Masks as well as a picture of the package they sent with the return address for Cyrus's business; GWG Wheels & Tires! I am happy to make it available to you. This company is a fraud and they are only interested in talking peoples money, not working with them. Please help me by checking into this company. They say their masks are from USA but they are made in China, I have a picture of the package they sent, clearly says made in China! Their email is *** and their # is . Thank you so much for helping! As stated on our website, all orders are final. Due to our processes & logistics we cannot stop orders after a certain point. Usually if a customer contacts us within 24 hours we can try to make exceptions stop the order. Unfortunately *** did not reach out to our team within 24 hours. Additionally, due to safety we do not accept returns. Our team has communicated this with *** over a dozen emails. We have been responsive to her and aanswered all of her questions multiple times. She has already received her items in a timely manner. If there were aany issues/defects with her order we would happily provide replacements. However, there is nothing further we can do. Thanks for choosing us and making a difference!
