Review: I made a purchase online on August **, 2015 for some uniforms for my son. I had called and email the office on Aug **, Aug **, and Sept *. No response. On Sept *, I called and spoke to a gentlemen who told me my order will be shipped that evening and it should take two days shipping. On Sept *, I emailed the office and was told that there was a delay in online order and that they are working around the clock to fill all overs. By the first day of school which was Sept *. I still haven't received my order. Now it is October and I still haven't received my order and no one picks up the phone at this office. I have emailed to at least cancel the order so I can use that money to buy uniforms at another place for my son but I haven't received a response, a refund, or my order.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order. My son still has to attend school. If I knew this company was like this I would have never shopped here. If I can't receive my order within the next week or so I want my money back immediately

Review: We are a Public School within the New York City Department of Education. We were contacted by Planet Young, Yadira C[redacted]-Vice President, requesting that we introduce our families to their services. They provided order forms for families to order school uniforms. They stated that 5 -10 percent of proceeds would go directly to us for school fundraising. Orders were taken, monies by parents were sent directly to them as of Nov. *, 2015 no uniforms delivered and no contact from them.Desired Settlement: Communcation from the vendor and a complete refund of all monies received.
