We love to help customers, The problem with this particular deal is we sold this car "As is" we did not do the registration or anything like it on this particular car, I don't know the reason why is was not registered under our dealership but it was not, I will have to get a hold of the sales
rep when he gets back in town, to follow up, but after looking at the contract, it is pretty straight forward from what I am seeing

This car was sold after the customer drove it and liked it, we sell used cars and though we try our best to please the customers and sell quality vehicles, this particular incident after speaking with the staff I have found that the temp tag is still active and not expired till august 23rd, also I
know that Jared's grandma (which he was extremely close to passed away so I know the timing with all of this that has happen is no excuse, but I do know he tried to resolve this situation with the customer several times, he even asked to possibly switch the vehicle and after the customer basically told him to "get his plates so he can be done with ppt" So I do know that Jared has been in good contact with him, but after the registration we can not switch a title
