Avoid like Covid 19! I bought a 2015 Subaru WRX launch edition on March 10. I discovered on inspection (which it failed due to 3 dry rotted tires) that it has the engine block of a 2006-2009 Subaru Impreza. Two Subaru dealers verified this. John M, the manager, said it was a “modification” (?!) and that I should “enjoy my car.” We have hired a lawyer. When the lawyer called, they said that they “don’t know a John M.” They have behaved fraudulently and childishly with us. I hope even one other person is helped by this review and decides NOT to buy from these cheaters and liars.
worst place ever post a review on *** as well had car for one year hole engine need to be replaced long story short all these poor reviews speaks for it self away I wish I did.
The trunk had issues when I purchased the vehicle from the dealership and they refused to repair it for me. I went there and spoke to the manager Jonathan, and told me he was going to take care of it, but never did. I've been still trying to have this fixed but they refuse to do it. They don't return my phone calls. I noticed this issue 3 months after purchase because this only happens when it is cold outside. This has been a known issue with Honda and this specific model I have purchased.
You called my Sales manager Jonathan several times and he has told you numerous times to bring your car and get your latch fixed but instead of coming to get it fixed you keep asking for money .We stand behind every car we sell. You have a signed agreement which clearly states all repairs have to be done at the dealership service Dept all outside repair will not be reimbursed. Please call my service Dept and speak to my service mgr David and please make your appointment. Please do not call Jonathan again.
Thank you

Their response to the issue raises many validity concerns being they claimed statements that weren’t true. Never once have I asked for money reimbursement for this issue. I called them today and they told me I would need to drop the car off overnight so they can diagnose/confirm the latch of the trunk is not working. It’s extremely hard to comprehend their mentality; for them to request to diagnose/confirm the latch issue, insinuates that i’m lying and i’m going through all of this hassle to just waste time. I complied by saying OK, I will drop the car off as long as I can get a loaner because I work nights and cannot just drop the car off overnight without a replacement for the duration of the repair, and they said no, they don’t have a loaner to give me. My job requires going in-and-out of my trunk constantly so this issue impacts me on a daily basis. All I am requesting is for the dealership to be compliant, which they have failed to do in the numerous times I called for this issue in the past. This also doesn’t include the two times I physically went to the dealership under the advisement of Jonathan, and on both times they denied to replace the latch because it was functioning during the day, but as stated previously, the issue comes about at night when the temperature drops.

After two months of trading my car in (on Nov *) and purchasing a new car. This dealership has not yet paid off my previous car loan. I have been in contact with the sales rep (Johnathan) who sold me the car back in November who advised he would have the payment processed. Only $850 was applied to the *** loan and there hasn’t been any payoff applied to the loan. Today I spoke with the sales manager, Kenny who told me he would look into my issue and would follow back up with me in 2 hours which he has failed to keep his commitment. After 4 hours I called the dealership twice and didn’t get an answer. I need assistance getting the dealer to submit the payoff amount to *** to avoid further damage to my credit and the relationship I have built with ***.
Her trade in loan was was credited and was acknowledged by *** bank. Please verify and send us proof of any outstanding loans
Thank you

I went to go look at this 2015 jeep grand cherokee at this dealership. on their website, it said that it was a 2015 jeep grand cherokee altitude, but upon looking at the vehicle and the car fax I found out that it was only a jeep grand cherokee laredo. the jeep grand cherokee larado is the lowest and cheapest model jeep grand cherokee. they had the vehicle priced at the altitude level and on their website they under car features, they said that it had a lot more features than it actually did. upon me telling them that it was not a altitude, and they were aware that it was a laredo now, they proceeded to tell me that the laredo is a more expensive and comes with more options than the altitude comes with, which they were wrong about because the laredo comes with little to no features. they were false advertising me and trying to get me to pay more for a car that was not worth the price they had on it because they priced it thinking it was the altitude.
As soon as you brought it our attention wrong car description with correct pictures of the vehicle.we immediately contacted our advertising partner and correct the model description matching the pictures of the vehicle.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Fortunately car is still available and We are willing to give you $500 discount on our advertised price for your inconvenience
Looking forward to hear from you
I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from grand automotive. I was in need of a good used car for my daughter but my credit wasn't that good. This dealer was able to get me approved for the vehicle with ease and help me build my credit. Would definitely recommend them to other people when searching for a used car.
I purchased a 2015 user car here two weeks ago. I drove it for a week and noticed that it was pulling to the right. I took it to my mechanic who looked at the tires and showed me that three of the tires were below 50% tread, and deemed them unsafe to drive around on. This is an AWD car which had three different company tires, which I learned is something you never do (you always buy the same kind of tires for AWD cars). My mechanic said the dealership switched out one tire for a new one and left the others on from the previous owner, except they should’ve changed all four and also checked the other tires for safety. My mechanic told me to take it back to the dealership and speak with them because I shouldn’t have to buy new tires after I’ve driven a car for 2 weeks. I took the car to the dealership today. The service center associate, Rob was good to work with. After inspection, he informed me that three of the tires are in fact below 50% treading and he would recommend to get all new tires. However, I needed approval from the sales department so they can change the tires and also align the car. The sales manager, Kenny, approved him to replace the tires with used tires. I asked to speak with Kenny further. I have my 30 day warranty, the pre-owned certificate that shows the vehicle passed all inspection before they sold it to me. Kenny was disrespectful towards me, told me: “we can give you used tires that are 50% treading or you can leave. The door is behind you.” I was shocked at his response. He did not want to negotiate or speak further, he left the room after this. I spoke with Rob who finally gave me a discount to buy new tires, which I did. Kenny’s behavior towards me (a customer who made a purchase at his store two weeks ago) was unacceptable. I was mistreated in front of other customers and the sales associates and Kenny did not want to work with me in any way.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! We were going to buy a car from this dealership. They had an advertised price for 14990 after 1995.00 down. *** had the car listed for 13,990 after 1995 down. Salesman Jon said they would honor the price but there was 1595.00 in dealer fees. *** listed the dealer fees at 895. Jonathan said he would speak to his manager and get back to us with a final price. My husband and I called several times to get an update, no one returned any of our calls. I sent 4 emails, no response. I finally spoke to the manager of the dealearshp who had me on the phone as he was screaming at Jonathan telling him he needs to be clear when he communicates with customers and then started raising his voice at me stating he has spent too much time going back and forth. All I was looking for was the final price on the car, I would think I am entitled to that??? They ran my husband's credit for the loan, I inquired about the rate and payments, they avoided my question and said they could not provide that information. I once again asked for the final price of the car and the apr rate. Manager screamed: "My God do you want the car or not?" The staff is very rude!!!! I would not give them a dime of my money.
During financing process, owner Kenny told me that, “Bank is not approving you, you must purchase a a protection plan this way you will be approved.” Then I bought a plan. After I got out of this place I called Bank, they said “we don’t force anyone to buy anything, we finance whatever amount dealer send us” I went back to dealer next day and told what exactly Bank told me. He got so angry, nasty.started yelling, screaming, refused to cancel I had to get out of this place because situation was going to be very bad.
Customer bought this vehicle and with it he bought optional extended warranty.Customer came back to the dealership after some time without the car to cancel his warranty so we asked him to bring the car back so that we can record the exact mileage to cancel his warranty.Customer got very abusive and started cursing out my sales manager so my general mgr sat him down and very politely in our office and showed him the written procedure by the warranty company to cancel the extended warranty. He said he will return with the car and till this date he has not returned with the car.We will be very happy to accommodate him from Monday to Friday between 10am to 9pm .Please send him back with the vehicle so that we can record the exact mile and cancel his warranty and send the pro rated refund of the warranty proceeds to the bank he financed the loan.
Thank you

This person is such a big liar! He is changing story what they did to me in there. Making up the story. I did not buy this plan voluntarily with my will. I bought it because of a trap, trick kenney did to me. Who is John Morgan anyway? I didn’t talk with this person about the issue. Kenney is the one who yelled and cursed me. They’re lying about this issue, I left this car in their parking lot for 2 days with the Key, because I had a Rental car so I had to return it, I told about this problem when car was sitting there. I tried with them many times, over the phone, I sent them letter, I complained to provider of plan about the problem. They ignored everything, everyone. This Plan they sold me by Lie, must be canceled from the date of purchase. I am struggling to canceling it from the beginning. They’re still looking for trapping me, as you read the message, they’re calling me to read today mileage so they can win something. They’re Shameless, not blaming their self for nothing. I strongly believe this dealer should be shut down. I am willing to send you copies of other complaints I did about them in your request.
Thank you
I bought a new car from this dealership on July 27 2018 and 2 weeks before the temporary tag expired I had not received my SC license plate . I went to the dmv and even though I paid the dealership to get my tag they had not sent any paper work to SC. I called the dealership and could only get voice mail to the person who handles getting the plates. I have made 4 trips (1 hour drive) to the dmv and countless phone calls , it's September 9th and I don't have a tag and can't drive this car! Wish I had never purchased this car. I can not recommend planet Mitsubishi to anyone.
Purchased a vehicle on 9//17 from this dealer, they sold me an extended warranty from Warantech. The vehicle was traded in and paid for on 10//17. I tried over and over and over for months to cancel this warranty, the dealer refused to assist, eventually, it was canceled via the Warranty company. They mailed the check to the dealer, The amount 71% of 2500. They never mentioned this check was delivered to them. For about another month I had to call every day asking for the check. They would tell me they mailed it, the next week the same story, they refused to pay the check to me. Eventually, they paid it back. $325, this is nowhere near the 71% that the warranty company told me I'd receive. They now refuse to speak to me. Who knows how many other people they do this to. I want my 71% refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have not been advised at all, not once to stop by the dealer, I’ve called numerous times, up to 10 times one day. Left messages, was told by different people I would revive a call back, until this day no single call back has been received. I would like to resolve the matter or will be taking the matter to small claims court.

No I have called you with PROMISES of a response, I have gone to the dealer more then 5 times and all I have been told is to call or come back. You guys are SCAMMERS and I will make this known yo all your customers. We’ll be taking you to court, den of crooks is what you are not a dealership. The court will take care of you, will call out for the many other customers you have scammed and will let a legal practice handle the rest. Enough entertaining your false scamming lies.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TRYING TO BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE. Advertised prices are false and do not include an additional $1,990 "down payment" that must be added. Tried to short me on my trade, despite the promise to give "the full Kelley Blue Book appraisal value for your trade-in!" Signed a purchase order anyway and was going to pick up the car today (4/26/18). Told that the owner would not honor the purchase order because they had to order a soft top for the car, despite the fact that all advertising and paperwork said it was included and the sales people told us it was in the shop when we drove the car. They claimed the purchase order was voidable on the dealer's part under "Regulation Z," a/k/a the CONSUMER Protection Act. Not to mention that we had to wait for our test drive because the owner's son was out driving the vehicle. Horrible experience all around.
Just bought a new outlander v6 with the works
got it for $2550 less than two other dealers I
went two last Saturday Great place and a good deal.
thats all I ask for.
Purchased a '12 VW GLI on 5//17. Agreed upon price was $9990.00 plus their reconditioning fee of $1500 so came to $11500 total. I was told after asking multiple times there we no other charges like processing or documentation fees. Just sales tax and DMV fees so I agreed to purchase the car. Also note I drove 2.5 hours one way.
That night I was going thru all the paper work from the finance department and under the itemization of amount financed on the retail installment contract I noticed I was charged more than agreed. I know I should have caught this but did not. Right on line one it says cash price including $1115.20 sales tax is $13422.00. Then it goes on to list trade in, down payment, DMV fees and cost of the extended warranty I bought. Car was $11500 so that tax number and final cash price are wrong. My warranty contract even has the purchase price listed as $11500. I am hoping this was just a mistake on their oart. I have tried multiple times to contact the dealership about this concern and still have not heard back from the finance department.
5/*** I emailed Marvin L my salesman about this and even attached a picture of the contract so he would know exactly what I was talking about.
5/*** text Marvin as I have not got a response about the email. He texted back he is out of office and will contact me the next day.
6/text Marvin again that I have not heard anything. He called me back asking what questions I had about my car. So I explain to him about the charges (all which was in the email) and he says that is the finance department and will have them call me.
6/accidentally texted Marvin. Explained it was a wrong text but I still have not heard from finance. He responded with ok. That was the last time I heard anything from him.
6/*** I emailed Mirna the receptionist at the dealership for Jose contact info as I thought he was the finance guy. Turns out I was wrong his name is Charlie. Anyway, she emailed back with his contact info and he called back right after. He was pretty much rude, with an attitude of why I was even calling. After explaining he said finance guy is Charlie and call dealership back for him. After that conversation I had enough of them for the day. Emailed Mirna back that I would call Charle tomorrow. She said to call after 12:00 when he comes in.
6/*** called dealership for Charlie and was told he was in with a customer and would call me back. After a while I emailed Mirna again asking for his email thru the dealerahip and I would try to reach him that way.
6/. Mirna responded that she gave Charlie my phone # to call me and that he didn't provide an email to contact him and hopefully he will call shortly. This is the last contact I have had with the dealership.
One other complaint I had is vehicles are advertised as accident free. I has a mechanic look at the car and noticed right away the car was hit on the front passenger side. The rear headlight mounting tab is broken, the front cross member was shifted at one time. You can tell by the paint around the bolt on that side. The lower part of the front fender where it meets the headlight is a little pushed in. You can tell it has been pulled out. Also the windshield was recently replaced as the mouldings on the left and right side are missing exposing the edge of the glass. Hard to notice as the car is black. With a $1500 precondition fee and advertised it checks out in their service department I don't see how these things were missed. My mechanic picked up on these things instantly. Not sure how to pursue this issue yet.
purchased 2012 VW GLI on 5//2017 and our Finance mgr very clearly explained the entire breakdown.
We had advised *** on several occasions we do not refund any monies after the sale was completed.
We even offered him to bring the car back and get his full refund but *** declined.
We have attached the bill of sale which has breakdown of his final breakdown.
Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Really?...that is the first time I have seen that document. How come I was not given a copy with my paperwork? Why does my extended warranty contract state the car price was $11500.00 ($9990 plus the $1500.00 recondition fee)? There was no talk about money after the contract nor was I ever told I could bring the car back. When was this phone call made? I have tried for weeks to contact the dealership about this and kept getting told I would receive a call back. I have the emails and texts to prove it. Now saying I was given the option to bring the car back for refund.....all complete lies. Here are my sale documents attached. Car price before tax not shown on installment document but it's on the warranty contract as $11500. If I had seen the document posted here I would easily have caught the over charge. Harder to tell as you can see with what I was shown and given. I saw the reviews on this dealership on a few sites and knew to ask more than once about fees and I did. Price plus the recondition fee and DMV fees. Even says it here on the Revdex.com about page. This dealership has scammed me and now being called out they respond with lies.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I understand both documents have the same financing information in a different format. Problem is I never saw or received the one document with the actual purchase price of the car at $12,195.00. My signature is not even on it. The document I did see and have does not itemize the $12,195 for the car. Just total of car with tax. That's why at the time I did not catch it. If I saw clearly I was being charged $12,195 when it was agreed upon $11,500 I would have not accepted it. My warranty contract even states the car price is $11,500. Where did this extra $700 come from? I asked Marvin L more than once if there were other fees besides the reconditioning fee. I was told no, just the DMV fees.
Dear Customer
You uploaded finance contract and it clearly states the amount financed,Bill of sale has the same amounts in a different format. We uploaded both the documents too,Your warranty contract price is $1995 not $11500. you did not pay $11500 for warranty.Finance contract and bill of sale states your warranty price is $1995.We have made every attempt to clarify. There is nothing further we can do.Please enjoy your car if there is any issue's with the car you have bought a extended warranty so do take advantage of it.
Thank you for your business.

WHERE DO I BEGIN. I bought a pre owned vehicle from them and it's been a NIGHTMARE. I brought back the car several times after I bought it because there was a noise coming from the left driver side that they didn't seem to know about it and said it was normal which wasn't true. Also the BMW had a throttle body problem and they refuse to cover it under their 30 day warranty. They LIED about the extended warranty that I got, I asked if I could service my warranty through BMW with no extra charge they said YES but it ends up being that the extended warranty only covers a little bit of the labor and parts. COMPLETE LIARS. They tried to charge me a diagnostic fee even though it was under the 30 days. COMPLETE CROOKS.I let all that go until I got a FLAT TIRE and was not given the WHEEL LOCKS that is specific to the car so now I was stranded and no one could open the wheel lock. I wasn't even provided an extra set of key fobs which is by law mandatory for them to give.
I am so sorry to hear that you having issue's with car. My service mgr Joseph gave you the appointment to bring in the car to our service dept on 6/*/17 but you missed the appointment. Please bring it in at your convenience so that we can address the problem.

I bought the car from this place a while ago, it's been basically a month in a half of car usage. The second week of me driving the car the car started shaking on me. I bought the car to the service department they have, they told me we fixed the issue and everything should be fine after that. The following day I picked up the car, it started to shake again I told them the issue they didnt want to fix it. They told me to call BMW and they will resolve the issue, but the car has nothing to do with that dealer ship because I bought the car from this place, So I called them back and said hey listen the car is still shaking. They said bring it you should be fine to drive it. While I was on my way from new jersey turnppike the car engine was shaking and it automatically shut down which almost caused a car accident. I had to pull over to the side and wait till the tow service to come and pick up my car. The next day the car was in the dealer they took a look at it they told me that the car got into an accident on the bottom. Clearly I didnt even hit anything on the bottom of the car. They told me I have to pay for it. In the policy it states that if anything is wrong with the transmission or engine of the car I am obligated to return the car. They wouldnt accept my desired request.
Customer bought 2011 Bmw 550i sports car on 3//17 .He had brought the car to our service for shaking and check oil light on 5/*/17 so we changed the oil and filter and did wheel alignment and car was fine and customer was satisfied. We heard from customer on 5//17 again this time he stated he heard loud noise under his car and the car was not drivable so customer towed the car to our dealership service from new jersey. My service mgr diagnosed the vehicle and found car had severe damage, car was driven over a side walk or a divider so there are several items damaged under the car including Transfer case, drive shaft, torx screws, exhaust and center muffler was severely damaged. We have provided the estimate of $6646.83 to the customer and we are waiting to hear from him.We have attached the pictures and estimate invoice to you for reference. If customer does not authorise us for repairs or pickup his car by 6/*/17 we will be charging him storage fee of $20 per day.
Thank you for your concern

WHERE DO I BEGIN. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS PLACE. I bought a pre owned vehicle from them and it's been a NIGHTMARE. The sales person who was helping me his name was Jose seemed like he didn't care if he wanted to sell the car or not and the finance person Yusuf completely BRUTILIZED my credit even more because he ran my credit with 12 banks. If he knew what he was doing he would know which banks to run it from based on the info that was provided. I brought back the car several times after I bought it because there was a noise coming from the left driver side that they didn't seem to know about it and said it was normal which wasn't true. Also the BMW had a throttle body problem and they refuse to cover it under their 30 day warranty. I even LIED about the extended warranty that I got, I asked if I could service my warranty through BMW with no extra charge they said YES but it ends up being that the extended warranty only covers a little bit of the labor and parts. COMPLETE CROOKS.I let all that go until I got a FLAT TIRE and was not given the WHEEL LOCKS that is specific to the car so now I was stranded and no one could open the wheel lock. ONLY CROOKS SELL CARS WITHOUT WHEEL LOCKS. I wasn't even provided an extra set of key fobs which is by law manditory for them to give. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM NEW OR USED THEY WILL COMPLETLY DO YOU WRONG FROM DAY 1. Other dealerships will provide you better customer service and amenities like loaner cars. Their whole vibe in that dealership is just weird. They get a little friendly when they want to sell you the car then if you have problems they don't wanna hear it. I wasn't going to write a terrible review but the wheel lock situation drove me through the roof. The dealership is presented well so it looks legit but BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT, YOU WOULD RATHER BUY A CAR FROM CRAIGSLIST OR MAJORWORLD WHICH IS THE BIGGEST CROOKS IN THE CAR SALES INDUSTRY IN NY. WHO EVER IS READING THIS PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP I PROMISE YOU YOULL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
