Unfortunately this is a matter of our word against the customers We had two installers working on his vehicle and neither employee saw the other take the glasses We also have other installers all working in the same area, and no one saw anything removed from the car We've had the same staff for many years and never had anything stolen before, or had any reason to believe they would steal from a customers vehicle As a courtesy to this gentleman we asked our employees about the glasses, but do not believe our staff would steal and risk there employment over a pair of sunglasses The bottom line, we cant be responsible for something that we have no proof was in the car And as far as our price on the job itself we advertise that door cars starts at $because we offer options of product to choose from as it was explained to this customer at the time of purchase and he chose another option than the $ [redacted] Pro Tint General Manager Phone ###-###-#### Fax ###-###-####
