customer was very upset with us and stated that his package was not delivered. In these situations we rely on the shipping carriers investigations to confirm the delivery. The investigations came back as ‘Delivery Confirmed’. With that being said we are shocked to find this review to say the least. We were never told the drone crashed as a result of a fly away. We worked for several weeks looking for a missing package as that is what we were told the issue was.    We are very sorry that you crashed your drone. It is very common thing to happen. We strongly recommend Crash Insurance to all of our customers, especially new pilots.
