planet fitness advertises it is a judgement free, but they do not practice equality to all members. I was bullied every time I went to the gym. I would hardly go there because of that harassment. They stand there and criticize the majority of the people going there. When I asked to speak to the manager due to harassment I was judged, and asked to leave. I am a nurse with a good reputation and I was insulted due to my name being defamed.

The management at this gym lies, cheats and steals.
I have tried to cancel my membership in person on two separate occasions, during which they yes'd me, collected my cards, told me my account was cancelled and have just kept on stealing 20 dollars a month from my account.

Disappointed with PF Norwood. Been a member here since they opened. Keith, the "GM" (asked his name at the front desk after the incident), was I guess working out off-hours was going around telling people to clean and wipe the equipment after use. Which is understandable and it's the rule. The issue is, the way he approaches people is very rude and condescending. You can tell he was looking around at the customers for faults. In the end, bothering their workout. I have a routine where I use two machines alternately. It wasn't busy that day so it was not like I was holding up a machine from anyone. Also, I do not believe an employee should be, a "GM" at that, roaming around without a uniform on and, really, bothering paying customers in the middle of a workout.
