Back in December had I had issues with the gym manager because of sexual harassment. A non gym related incident happen and he decided to used it as an excuse to not allow me to use the gym .The gym manger told told me he was going to cancel my membership. The gym manager never canceled my membership and I was charging me for 3 months plus an annual fee. When I went in to ask why ,he told me he had forgotten to cancel it and told me to leave or he would get the police involved. He took this completely out of content because I had to correct him about sexual harassment. He finally canceled the membership that day, but doesn’t want to refund me the money . This breaks all of their policies of a “judgement free zone” and as well as harassment. I contacted corporate and they gave me a poor response and did not take no action.
