In 2018, I went into the establishment to talk about joining. I filled out their paperwork including my checking account info. The same day, I was injured and told I had to have back surgery. I called the location and they didn't know what to do and their District Manager called me back and said I would not be charged until I could use their facilities. In fact, I did have two back surgeries and then six Epidural shots spending most of 2018 and 2019 in a wheelchair. I have NEVER been back there since. I just found out their have been charging my checking account $10 per month since August 24, 2018 plus an annual renewal fee every October.
Good Afternoon,I am writing in response to the complaint ID in the subject. I have attempted to contact Mr. in response to this to no avail. We have reimbursed Mr. for the entirety of his membership due to lack of usage. The refund was processed on February 11th and should have reflected in his bank account in 7-10 business days from the the 11th.
