Planet fitness double charged my account every month since XX-XX-XXXX under the same name just my middle name was in one of the contrasts and the other contrast was just my first and last name. I did not know this and its completely not right. I want my money back!!!

Refund They owe me 480 dollars. I don't want a free year and 6 months I will never go to planet fitness ever again
We are currently reviewing this claim and working diligently to come to a resolution. Our main objective is to gather any and all facts on the matter before deciding the proper resolution. If Planet Fitness does find this member was double billed, then the customer will receive a full refund for the money debited out of the account.
I haven't received my money yet with planet fitness of ***. I have been wait since 11-19-2018. I'm not sure if your wanting to close this cause you know more information then me. The problem hasn't been resolved.
