Plant fitness is endangering the health of there customers, instead of providing sanitary wipes, they ask you to use a towel some one eles have used prior to you to wipe down equipment, the is very unsanitary, because a build up of swet is no the towel from every one that uses it, this can cause a serious bacterial infection, and this is the reason I did not join their gymWhen I questioned the person who was giving me a tour about this issue she said it would be fine obviously they are not educating the people who work for them, you sould never use a duty towel to wip a surface clean

I haven't been to the location in over a year, months ago I asked to cancel all accounts and today I've been charged for a service I don't use and the company has refused to refund methe staff was not helpful and not informed enough to assist methe general manager was not available and no one was willing to provide me with the proper contact information to rectify this problem and it needs to be solved

The difficulty of canceling your membership reaches a level that I have to believe is borderline illegalI've never encountered a gym that does not allow over-the-phone cancellationYou either have to go into a location in person or print out a cancellation form and send it to your "home club" (where you signed up originally) by certified mailAlready this is a serious inconvenience for people who moved and forget to cancel their membershipBUT what they don't tell you is that in order to cancel at another location in person, you have to transfer your "home club" online to your new cityOk another roadblockBUT what they don't tell you is that in order to transfer your home cub to a new location you have to be a member for daysAt this point we're looking at a business practice that is completely unnecessary and impractical for the consumerThe excuse they use is they "need a signature on file to cancel." This makes no senseThere are any number of ways that they can verify who you are so you're not cancelling random people's memberships, including most notably, asking to verify your email address and home address when you first call WHICH THEY ALREADY DO!!! For a gym that markets flexibility in memberships and providing hours that allow people to workout outside of business hours, requiring someone to print a membership, fill it out, find an envelope/stamp and make a run to the post office which is only open during regular business hours is embarrassingPlanet Fitness having an "A" rating by the Revdex.com is a bad look for the Revdex.com

This membership was signed up online and member would have this agreement emailed as wellPer agreement there is a $early termination fee is member chooses to cancel before the agreed months

The previously attached membership agreement showed that the agreement was submitted through the websiteAs you can see on the agreement, Ms*** is the member, thus only she would be able to utilize this membershipFurthermore, we would not have access to anyone's personal and billing information unless they provided it during the sign upMs*** does not have a cancellation fee but would need to pay off her delinquent invoices of $in order to cancel

I joined Planet Fitness on 4/25/ The rep had issues entering my info & finally did it on my cell phone I was informed there would be a yearly fee in June & not noticing it in the email, I thought it would be mid to later June when I'd be charged There were only a couple of things I used there & I was planning to cancel I've been doing physical therapy at KORT which my insurance is covering, and I didn't really think my Planet Fitness membership was going to benefit me Workers were generally behind the counter or cleaning & didn't help with machines I tried to leg presses, because I wanted to work on lower body, but both leg presses hurt my knees The cleaners that you're required to wipe the machines down with bothered me too I have allergies & asthma & am sensitive to many cleaners I was planning to just finish out May, mainly just to bring my daughter I basically killed time while she exercised as my guest with the Black Card membership
