I filled out the form on the 20th after response by email informing me that I had to cancel the services from the location I started them. this location (which is almost an hour from my home) was actually able to cancel the membership. This entire experience in the [redacted] office was unpleasant and a huge hassle. Tallmadge was hopefully able to cancel my services by this month. In the future I recommend making this process easier for customers, training your representatives on customer service and how to deal with cancelling services, policy, and procedure. Their lack of knowledge has left a bad taste in my mouth and made me want to find services elsewhere.
