Good Afternoon, I have reviewed the complaint with our financial company and my regional managerWe have found that the card was updated to Mr***s account by a Visa Updating ServiceVisa offers a service where they will update any card information with all recurring payments associated to it
Since the funds were not collected from November until March, we will not be issuing a refund for those amountsWe will refund the April payment in the amount of $and cancel out Mr***s membership to prevent any further payments from being deductedIf you require any other information, please contact meThank you, have a good weekend*** ***
