When Danielle's not around there is no better crew then eric and Xander. these guys are exactly what you look for in a team member. Xanders knowledge of the the equipment was quite impressive and I always see eric keeping that place immaculate. the place wouldn't be the same without these guys, I just might go to another facility if he leaves.. in my opinion guys like this are hard to find and worth paying to keep around.

When Ms*** enrolled her daughter in this membership on12/24/all terms were reviewed with her before she signed the agreementThe agreement reads,"Your Monthly Membership Fee will be billed to the account below on or around the 17th of each month beginning on January for $until
you cancel in accordance with this agreementThis membership has a month minimum term." This is not a one year membership as she claims. Since there is no minimum monthly term the membership is open ended and can be cancelled at any time.This membership also includes an Annual Fee as described below,"An Annual Membership Fee will be billed to your account below on or around the 1st of February, for $and will continue to be billed on the anniversary of that date each year thereafter until you cancel in accordance with this agreement."And lastly our cancellation policy,"To cancel your monthly membership and stop the billing of the Monthly Membership Fee on the 17th of month, the club requires written notification by the 10th of the month delivered to the club in person or postmarked via certified mailIn order to cancel the billing of the Annual Membership Fee, the club requires written notice as described above on or before the 25th of the previous month. The Annual Membership Fee is full earned when received and is non-refundable."To sum up, the charge that Ms*** received in January was her monthly fee of $(not $11.13.) In order to avoid this fee she would have had to cancel the membership byJanuary 10th. The charge in February was for $(not $31.00.) This was the Annual Fee. In order to avoid this fee she would have had to cancel the membership by January 25th. Once again these terms are underlined on the agreement and reviewed before signup. Ms*** cancelled on February 8th. This is well after the deadline to not be charged these amounts. Since Planet Fitness acted in accordance with the agreed upon terms, no refund will be issued at this time
