I joined this gym December 2018 and went one time before being diagnosed with a *** conditioned. Asked to cancel june2019 and they refuse.
I joined this gym December 2018 and went one time before being diagnosed with a *** conditioned. Asked to cancel june2019 and they refuse. I sent in the hand written notice to cancel contract as I have a *** condition and can't now workout. I went to that gym one time and have been paying all these months. I even offered to just pay the 60 cancellation fee but now they want me to come in the gym which I'm unable to and don't see why I have to when I clearly done what was asked. I just simply want this cancelled without me coming in. I've paid plenty of money for something I used ONCE. I've spoken with manager Elizabeth several times who is NO HELP. I can't help I now I have a health condition.
