We have reached out to Mr [redacted] in regards to the issue with his membership [redacted] who is the manager of the facility reached out to [redacted] and tried to resolve the issue in regards to his membershipWe offered to cancel the membership and waive all fees if he was able to provide to provide us with a doctor’s note informing us that due to medical issue he would not be able to use the facilityThis is not protocol for us but we were willing to work with Mr [redacted] due to his circumstancesSpeaking to [redacted] it seems Mr [redacted] did not accept this as an acceptable resolutionAfter speaking with [redacted] I called [redacted] myselfIt went to voicemail but I left him a message explaining we would be cancelling out his membership effective todayThis will prevent his bank accounts from being billed going furtherI also stated to him the balance would remain until we received the doctors note I mentioned previouslyThis is out of our protocol to do anything retroactively in regards to balances or dues owed but again due to Mr [redacted] ’s circumstances, we would like to try and come to a resolutionThere is no timetable or deadline in regards to getting a doctors noteOnce we received the note we can waive all previous dues and reinstate the membership if he wishes [redacted] | Regional Manager [redacted] ** [redacted] * [redacted] * [redacted]
