[rejecting response- please tell me why, after I was guaranteed that my annual fee would not be renewed last year, I should need to monitor when it is due? Also please tell me why a notification was not sent to me, prior to the charge, to tell me that it was upcoming? All other companies that I deal with in this manner send prior notification that the annual fee will be charged - the amount & date of charge - allowing me sufficient time to notify them? It is totally unacceptable that they will not refund the fee. It seems petty to need to take civil action for such a small amount. It is the clubs poor responses and their lack of common sense customer service that this brings to light and people should be made aware.
