Yes it is true that we cannot ship *** to that locationI believe that we have been communicating with the customer and trying to ship out to them using a *** service. WE hope that this will resolve the issue as the customer will get their productIt is my understanding that we are
just awaiting confirmation from the customer if they prefer us to ship or refund and we will make it happen. Also if this goes to the customer, our apologies for any issue with the handling and fulfillment of your orderThere was no ill intent it is just that the way we historically ship wheel sets (***) did not work for your address. WE have our developer working on a solution to adding *** as a ship option so that we will not have this issue in the future with any military addresses in the future.
