Planet Beach Tanning And Spa

Review: I cancelled my membership at Planet Beach in October and have been getting charged every month since then. I have been in contact with the owner and he continues to make excuse after excuse for why my money cannot be refunded. The first time I was charged after my cancellation (November), I received my refund in about a week. I was then charged again in December and spent the whole month trying to get my money refunded. January 1st came and I was charged again, still without receiving my December refund. I finally received ONE refund and have been trying to get my other months refund since. My phone calls have not been returned and I have been told I would receives 2 phone calls to resolve the problem and was NEVER contacted. I have been very patient throughout this process, but it is getting out of hand. I had to contact my bank to block any withdrawals from Planet Beach because they will not stop charging me.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund ASAP and to be taken out of the system at Planet Beach.
