Review: Contract was for 3 months as a gift (mid-April through mid-June) . We confirmed termination of contract with company by phone, and was told that as of July 18the services were terminated (paid on 6/18 no additional charges to be incurred). Continued to be billed electronically. Charged 2 -$49 amounts incorrectly. No services were rendered for those amounts.Desired Settlement: Refund of $98 taken from account, written confirmation of no money owed and apology.

Response:

This complaint was resolved with a refund and an apology two weeks ago. There was a clerical error in the software which resulted in the incorrect billing to her account. This issue as well has been resolved with our IT department. We also followed up with another customer service follow up call last week to ensure she received the credit to her account.
