On behalf of Yoga Mechanics, we acknowledge Mr***'s complaint and his disappointmentAfter six months of looking for a new studio space in Morristown with no luck, we had to broaden our search outside of the townFor the continuity of the business, we decided that a minute drive to Madison was a much more optimistic course of action than closing our doors completelyAs a company we have always had a no refund policy, which is printed on every receiptWe do, however, offer as many ways as possible to accommodate our studentsIn Mr***'s case we offered to extend his expiration date so he had more time to make it to MadisonWe said we could transfer the remaining classes to a friend or family who could use themWe said he could use the credit towards upcoming workshops or even trade it in for some retailWe feel as if we offered Mr [redacted] many options within our stated policyOur move to Madison, although perhaps inconvenient, is not a closureOur doors are still open and we are happy to fulfill the services he paid for at anytime

We do, however, offer as many ways as possible to accommodate our students. In Mr. [redacted]'s case we offered to extend his expiration date so he had more time to make it to Madison.
