our cardio is new and all of our weight lifting equipment is in good working conditionPer my employee records the club was opened on time on August 4, 2014.I am sorry that *** *** is not satisfied with the services provided, however, per the terms of his membership agreement he can easily cancel his agreement anytime during the first yearby providing the club with a days written cancellation notice and $buyout fee.I sincerely hope that I have addressed all of *** *** question/concerns and we can bring closure to this complaint.Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.Sincerely,Raysha R

Review: in March 2014 I became a member of plan 4 fitness health club. after joining I became aware that they did not have lockers provided for clothing. I can take a shower, but I don't have any place to put my clothing while showering. also, they do not maintain there exercise cycles. parts have been missing from the exercise bikes. this club has posted hours that state they open at 5:00 am, but they do not always open on time. I arrived on August 4 2014 at 6:20 am and they where not open. I am totally displeased with plan 4 fitness. I would like to be released from my contract.Desired Settlement: I would like to be released from my contract.
