Review: I brought my car to Royal Car Wash on September ** at appt 3pm

My car was washed with a Super Service

When the wash and vacuum was complete I checked the inside of my brand new Cadillac Escalade and saw that there was two tears in the leather of my seats and a cap broken off my seat.

I informed [redacted] who became very conformational. Feeling uncomfortable I called the [redacted] precinct and [redacted] showed up

He tried talking to [redacted] was also started screaming. The officer checked my car and saw the damage. He said when they were vacuuming they must have rubbed on the seats with something in their pants

[redacted]. [redacted]. [redacted] My husband called [redacted] who told my husband to get an estimate Nd call him back

I went to Auto Mat and got an estimate for repair for both seats $440 plus tax

We called [redacted] on sept **. He said he is not paying and hung up on us numerous timesDesired Settlement: Payment for repair of leather sears
