Review: I initiated the money transfer on December **, 2015 thru Pacid. I was expecting that money to be transferred to my account by December, ** 2015. They have canceled my transaction without any notification. I can see, they made one call to me which I missed out. But, they never reached to me via e-mail or voice mail. How come, they can cancel the transaction without any written notification and without providing any reason. This is nothing but a cheating with the consumer.

As per our policies and a part of our anti-fraud policies, customers initiating transfers for the first time on our website [redacted] sometimes require us to contact the customer by phone, text message and/or other means. We were not able to successfully contact [redacted] after he initiated his first transfer. Subsequently, we were able to get in touch with the customer and have him reinitiate the transfer. That transfer completed successfully and our further conversations with the customer indicated that he is satisfied with how we handled the matter.
