Vehicle was scratched by service tech.during warranty work appointment. It was brought to the managers attention who agreed to remedy the situation by buffing the scratches out, which we were pleased with. Upon pick up, the buffing was not done and vehicle scratches still visible. When this fact was pointed out, the service tech accused us of scratching it ourselves and being liars, brought over another employee who proceeded to continue the name-calling. When this was brought to the managers attention we were told that they have been "more than accommodating" especially since the vehicle wasn't purchased there. Verbally assaulting a customer is NOT "more than accommodating" in my opinion. HORRIBLE customer service!
