Terrible. Never saw the escrow agent. They did not pay the fire insurance out of escrow - insurance cancelled and I had to get PTC to cut a check. Just received a collection notice for funds due that I had never been apprised of, (six months after close). Funds due seem correct, but no phone call or request for settlement until the threatening letter, which came without an invoice. Could have cut the check in one day.
