Placentia Auto Spa and Detail Center

Review: I ordered a regular car wash at Placentia Auto Spa, and they locked my car and left my key inside the car. They couldn't open the car, and I had no extra key. I suggested them do lock picking, and they told me they don't have the equipment. Instead, I have to call my friend to send me the extra key to the Spa to open the car. Not only did I have to wait for additional times, but my friend also had to do a favor for me.Desired Settlement: The attitude of the store manager is very arrogant after I explained the situation, gave irrelevant excuses, and refused to offer any discount for this accident. Therefore I am seeking a full refund of the $11.99 car wash fee.
