Review: 26 FEB 2015To Whom It May Concern:On November 8, 2013, my wife and I talked to Mr. [redacted] about doing some landscape at our residence, [redacted].We agreed to the total cost and a down payment of $500.00. Then after a few days we learned that a major typhoon [redacted] struck the [redacted], especially in the town of [redacted] where my wifes family lives. Because of this event we changed our mind and requested that the money be returned to us so we can help them.After many calls and emails he gave us back our deposit of $500.00 on June 1, 2014 in the form of a check. But when we deposited the check it bounced for non-sufficient funds. I made several attempts to call Mr. [redacted] by phone and reach him by email requesting he give us back the down payment in cash because the check we received was returned for NSF. Mr. [redacted] told us to re-cash the check because the funds were in the bank. I told Mr. [redacted] in an email that the bank will not re-cash the check and we would only accept cash from now on.He continues to ignore our request and has still not returned the $500 dollars until now. We want the money back in cash and if he continues to disregard our request then we would like to have his license be revoked to work in the San Diego county district.His information is as follows:Place & Finish ConcreteLic.
