business for forty years and pride ourselves on being industry experts in our field.  We have an impeccable customer service record and when an error is reported, we work to rectify it immediately and make it right with our customer.   In 2016, we had 6 reports of yardage being shorted on an order and 3 of them were from Mr. [redacted]. On one order, he claims we shorted him 6 yards and on another he claims we shorted him 4 yards.  This was highly suspect but we issued a refund for 10 total yards anyway.  On this recent complaint of a shortage, he claims that they material shrinks after being unrolled which is not true according to the manufacturer (we sell hundreds of yards of this product each week and have never had 1 complaint that this product shrinks). We feel this action should resolve and close this file.
