Review: Back passengers tire produced a cyst, and all other tires are looking the same. Tires have not been used more than the warranty states.

passenger side tire produced a cyst on a the side and now the front right tire is sinking in the middle of the thread.I went to the shop and show them the tires and they said that the tires are not good and that all of the tires were going to be the same. the tires have only been used for 10,000 miles I fear using my vehicle under these conditions.Desired Settlement: To either give me a full refund or replace all four tires.

We are willing to work with you to resolve this problem. The tires are used/worn and the invoice is from a couple years ago. There is no record of any rotation or balance or alignment that the customer presented. This voids any and all warranties for the tire. The customer states the tires have been driven for over 10,000 miles. We can offer the customer a discounted rate on 4 new tires.

I have proof of getting tire rotation and alignment. As for the date of purchase it was purchased in 1/3/2009 and I have not used my truck more than 10,000 miles with these tires. First tire rotation and alignment 2/25/09, second 5/5/2012, and the last one 6/4/2012. The reason for the last two being close is that my truck started feeling odd and I thought the alignment was not done right but as it looks it was the tires not the alignment. What the company offers is not worth what I'm looking for, I have stopped using my truck due to the danger of having the tires give out. What I'm looking for is full replacement of all four tires at their expense for to almost causing an accident. The reason of purchasing tires and a truck is for necessity and it makes it difficult to transport items without the use of my truck, I world like to have this situation worked out add soon as possible. Thank you.

Business only refunded $400.00 when I paid $561.00. The business owner stated that he didn't want the tires and that I can do whatever I pleased with them. We asked if he was sure about not wanting the tires and he stated that he didn't want anything.
