Review: PJP Health Agency continued to process monthly bank debits in the amount of $115 for seven months after I notified them of termination at the end of 2013.
I used PJP to set up both a hospital insurance("[redacted]") and a discount health association([redacted]). PJP would only set up a recurring monthly bank debit to PJP for the [redacted] discount association while the [redacted] Hospital Insurance billed me directly. Communication after the initial paperwork with PJP was only done by phone. Email was not returned, only a phone calls. There were no bills and no statements of any kind from PJP after initial startup. I had notified PJP (by phone) that I was terminating at the end of 2013 as I was using the [redacted] State of Health "Marketplace" to acquire insurance starting in 2014. I did not have a problem terminating the [redacted] Hospital Insurance when I notified and stopped paying them. I made the false assumption that PJP was set to stop the monthly debits from my bank account at the end of 2013.
In mid-2014 I noticed that my account was still being debited $115 every month I called to complain and ask for a refund but was denied since they do not have record of a request to terminate.
The company has processed an unauthorized bank debit.
The company failed to provide itemized billing.
The company has unethical collection practices.Desired Settlement: Refund of $805
Review: I have been telling this company that I would like to cancel this service since November 2013 by voicemail and email.
I did receive an email response on January [redacted] saying that they are sending me a form to fill out and then they would cancel.
They never sent the form. I sent an email Jan [redacted] and January [redacted] asking for the form but it was never sent to me.
I sent yet another email today February [redacted] and that email was returned to me saying no such address.
I would like to cancel this service and have them stop taking money out of my account.
Ideally I would like any money returned that they have taken out at least in January & February $822.00.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel this service and have them stop taking money out of my account.
