Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Nowhere in their letter did they address the fact that I signed a document eliminating overdraft protection They sent me this document in the mail asking me if I'd like to keep overdraft protection, to which I checked no, signed, and mailed it back to them They never applied the letter to my account and I was under the impression for months that I had eliminated overdraft protection The fees would have never accrued had the letter been applied to my account as it should have been Regards, [redacted] ***
