I ordered an Acer LCD/LED AMD FreeSync Gaming Monitor from *** on 12/13/and paid $ Shortly after placing the order, I received an order confirmation email from *** Almost immediately thereafter, I received an email from *** indicating that payment authorization had failed I went back online and placed the order again and received an email indicating payment was successful (I have attached all three emails to this complaint.) Despite receiving an email that the first attempt to order was canceled due to unsuccessful payment authorization, I received two monitors in the mail I called ***.com to report the problem and asked to return them They, in turn, contacted their contracted provider, Tunny LLC, to request the return -- asking them to pay shipping for the return and to waive any restocking fee Tunny LLC contacted me directly by email, not through ***, attempting to negotiate the payment of shipping and restocking They are currently refusing to
